１９１６年、日本最初の歯科医師国家試験に女性は２人合格しました。その内の1人が初代KLT川口歯科医院院長であります大澤なか氏です。本院KLT川口歯科院長の伯母になります。下宿時代は、与謝野晶子と同じ下宿であったため、長く友情が結ばれたそうです。
『KLT メモリアル歯科』はその分院です。本院院長は３代目になります。
多くの秘伝は4代目に受け継がれ、各科専門医のインターディシブリナリーチームアプローチが行われます。
歯科大学と直結した日常臨床は、臨床研修施設としても国の認可を受けております。
海外研修・院内研修・患者さま教室（デンタルサークル）により地域社会への貢献を心がけております。
